Events Management and Protocol unit
This unit is in charge of handling the following major tasks;
- Organization and arrangement of complex annual conference, workshops, seminars, and exhibitions events
- Leading the University events pool
- Liaising with travel agents
- Make necessary transportation arrangements.
- Ensure formal invitations to all guests at prior to the event
