The Student Career Development Center of Addis Ababa University was recently established. According to the mission given to the center by the University, the center is conducting a study to understand the strengths and weakness of our students with regards to Soft Skills. The output of this study will be used to develop strategies and targeted trainings to complement the students academic skills with soft skills that would make our students competitive in the job market.
