Confidence on the students, internship feedback, networking, collaboration, job fair, career week, training demand, training areas, database of the different fields,  priority areas of the organization and feedback of the organization.

The Center for Students Career Development understands that each organization’s recruiting needs are different. The Center works closely with organizations to develop a tailored recruiting strategy and build a strong presence on campus. Successful strategies may include:

  • Targeting specific student clubs and organizations
  • Holding information sessions
  • Taking part in our career week and annual Career Expos
  • Arranging for employer information tables in our Student career Center or Addis Ababa University
  • Off-campus and on-campus recruitment facilitation
  • Participating in alumni or professional panels
  • Post a Job or Internship
  • Post Part-Time and Summer Jobs where necessary
  • Campus Engagement that means:
    • Attend a Career Fair
