- Industrial wastewater treatment by integrated, environmentally friendly techniques through value addition process [Renewable energy (Biogas) production and bio-fertilizer)];
- Operation and evaluation of the performance of integrated industrial wastewater treatment units at laboratory and pilot scales;
- Extraction of Biofuels/ Ethanol from bioenergy crops and different industrial wastes (Coffee Pulp, Slaughterhouse fat and the like);
- Pesticide residue analysis from different environmental metrics (water, soil, sediment and food) using modern analytical methods like Supported Liquid Membrane Extraction (SLME), Hollow Fiber Supported Liquid Membrane extraction (HF-SLME), Soxhlet extraction and Solid Phase Extraction (SPE)and quantification by latest analytical instruments (GC-MS and HPLC).
