FACILITIES AND RESOURCES

Lab and class room: MSP has one lecture room and different labs (Electrochemical materials laboratory, AFM laboratory, Photovoltaic laboratory and general laboratory.

Equipment: In addition to several equipment available in Chemistry, Physics, and Earth science for Materials Science research activities, some of the major instruments available in the Materials Science program are summarized in the Table below.

 Other Equipment:  Fumehood with hepa-filters, precision vacuum oven with digital flow meter, Rota evaporators (five), liquid nitrogen dewar (50 Lts/177days), SOTEX Materials Science Peristaltic flow pump, magnetic stirrer with hot plate, research grade water  purifier, cold water circulating bath, sonicator, vacuum pressure station, electronic 0.001 g wt balance, hot air oven and furnace.
