It has been well over a decade since Computational Science was introduced to Addis Ababa University here in Ethiopia. The program is geared towards the acquisition of knowledge directed towards the development of computational skills. This is needed for the solution of large-scale or multi-scale scientific problems that remain intractable by the application fo theoretical techniques. Hence, the program is designed with different partnerships and collaborations to equip students with a distinctive blend of theoretical and computational skills for applications. To mention some of the international partnerships and collaborations:

• East African Institute for Fundamental Research(EAIFR)
