DPM has tradition of conducting a minimum of one PhD or MPH seminar on weekly basis. Guests are also invited to give seminars on special topics in public health. Almost all of our MPH and PhD graduates present their papers on annual conferences of Ethiopian Public Health Association (EPHA) and Ethiopian Medical Association (EMA). In addition to these, Field Epidemiology students are required to present papers on international conferences organized by African field epidemiology network (AFINET) and training of field epidemiology international network (TEFINET).
