Research interest worked in India Parasitic infestations among orphanages in Madras city; detection of HBsAg in clinical infections of animals with Hepatitis and compared with normal animals; the role of Clostridium difficile in Antibiotic Associated Diarrhea among children with diarrhea; isolating C.difficile; Vero cell line tissue culture in Micro-titre plate; testing for β-lactamase activity in stool filtrates and culture filtrates using the bioassay method; the toxin effects in human RBC’s in vitro
