Addis Ababa University (AAU) Students’ Career Development Center organized special certificate award ceremony at Eshetu Chole Hall on 24^th December 2020.

The center held the event in collaboration with Let Individual Transformation for Higher World Solution (LITHWS), Training and Consultancy NGO.

The purpose of the ceremony is to certify AAU’s graduating class students of undergraduate programs for successful completion of Personal Skills Development Training.

According to KassuJilcha (PhD), Director for AAU Students Career Development Center, the LITHWS training focuses on self skill development; entrepreneurship and creativity which help young graduates withstand challenges in employment search and job creation..

Ato EskinderKassa, CEO of LITHWS, motivated the graduates that they currently are strong and special personnel to survive at any situation tackling challenges they may face in this world.

The graduates concluded their training by taking maximum care and giving due attention to the prevention of COVID-19, Ato Eskinder added.

Ato Dereje Tefera, one of the trainers, appreciated the keen interest of the trainees based on their participation and mentioned them as a model to other youths of the time.
