Addis Ababa University (AAU) and International Youth Fellowship (IYF) collaboratively organised Public Mind-Set Lecture meeting at the historic Mekonnen hall on March 22, 2023. The meeting aims to initiate the Mind-Set Education Program to enhance and empower the life of Ethiopians.

Professor Tassew Weldehanna, President of Addis Ababa University, in his welcoming address said that Addis Ababa University is doing extensive work to improve the Mind-Set thinking skills of the students it teaches.

He said that Addis Ababa University has invited various social motivational and inspirational speakers who have achieved high fame and public acceptance to the institution and is making them present their motivational speeches to the university community in particular students.

The president explained that the speeches of social motivational speakers are contributing to the improvement and increase of the thinking skills (mind-set) of the students of the university.

The president recalled that the staff and students of the Addis Ababa University Career Development Center were given the same excellence of Mind-Set thinking presentation by Dr. Ock Soo Park, who is a South Korean scholar and founder of the International Youth Fellowship (IYF) and expressed his gratitude to the scholar for his demonstration.

Dr. Ock Soo Park gave a special explanation of excellence of thinking skills and Mind-Set Public lecture to many scholars and researchers of Addis Ababa University, as well as students and administrative staff, who attended the Historic Mekonnen hall.
